All extension purchases are final sale.
Due to the hygienic and intimate nature of hair products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any opened, worn, or used extensions.
If you receive an incorrect item or believe there is a verified manufacturer defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Items submitted for review must remain unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.
Service deposits are strictly non-refundable, as they secure your appointment time and stylist allocation.
Approved refunds, if deemed applicable after review, will be issued to the original method of payment.
