Salon Policies
To maintain the integrity of our schedule and ensure every client receives an elevated experience, the following policies apply:
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is applied toward your final service total.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Deposits will transfer to the new appointment time.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in deposit forfeiture.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may require rescheduling. In such cases, the deposit may be forfeited to protect the schedule of other clients.
No-Shows
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice must prepay in full before booking future appointments.
