Extension Purchase Policy
Due to the nature of premium hair extensions, all extension sales are final.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once hair has been opened, installed, altered, or removed from its original packaging.
If you believe there is a verified product concern, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The hair must remain unused and in its original condition for review.
Strands 2 reserves the right to assess all claims and determine appropriate resolution.
We strongly recommend consulting with a professional prior to installation to ensure proper selection and handling.
